राजस्थान में विभिन्न पशु चिकित्सा संस्थानों में प्रवेश के लिए RPVT प्रवेश परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जाता है। इस परीक्षा का आयोजन प्रत्येक वर्ष पशु चिकित्सा एवं पशु विज्ञान बीकानेर में राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय के द्वारा आयोजित किया जाता है।

इस परीक्षा में 85% चयन RPVT के माध्यम से तथा शेष AIPVT के द्वारा किया जाता है। प्रवेश

परीक्षा हेतु होने वाले परीक्षा प्रश्न-पत्र में भौतिकी (45), रसायन विज्ञान (45) तथा जीव विज्ञान

(90) विषयों से सम्बन्धित वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्नों को पूछा जाता है।

प्रस्तुत पुस्तक को पाठ्यक्रम के अनुसार संयोजित किया गया है तथा विषयवार अध्यायों में वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्नों का संग्रह परीक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से किया गया है। प्रस्तुत पुस्तक में परीक्षा के पैटर्न को समझाने के लिए मॉडल सॉल्वड पेपर्स का भी संकलन किया गया है।

RPVT entrance exam is conducted for admission in various veterinary institutions in Rajasthan. This examination is conducted every year by the University of Rajasthan in Veterinary and Veterinary Science Bikaner. 85% of the selection in this exam is done through RPVT and the rest through AIPVT. Objective questions related to Physics (45), Chemistry (45), and Biology (90) subjects are asked in the examination question paper for the entrance examination.
